Refund, return and warranty policy

The customer shall immediately upon receipt of goods supplied fully inspect
such goods and satisfy itself that the goods are correct. If the customer is
unsatisfied, the customer must immediately contact the Company and
communicate all details of such dissatisfaction.

Unless the above procedure is followed the Company is entitled to assume
that the goods supplied are correct and no returns claims for refunds will be
permitted or made.

We cannot offer a refund for a change of mind.
All returns are made at the customer’s cost. We recommend using a track and
traceable return shipping service.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be in the same condition
that it was in when you received it.

Refunds/credit notes will only be submitted once we receive the returned
items in their original condition.

Defect period

Goods shall only be returned to the Company with its prior written consent
and within 14 days after delivery. Should the Company discover that there is
not a material defect in the goods, the Company may charge the customer a
handling fee. Goods not returned in accordance with the above may be
rejected by the Company All costs for the return or delivery of the goods shall
be payable by the customer.

Warranty

All product sold by Jace electrical services carries a minimum 1 year guarantee.

For all Electrical equipment that is specified “installation must be carried out by
a registered electrician” for a warranty claim to be valid proof of installation by
way of a certificate of compliance (COC) or Electrical safety certificate (ESC),
with the registered electricians name, phone number and electrical workers
registration number must accompany the warranty claim. Goods will not be
considered for a claim with this proof.

If a returned item claiming to be faulty is found to have no defect, no
replacement will be offered and the item to be returned to the customer at
their expense.

All warranty claims will be shipped at the customer’s cost. Shipping fees are
non-refundable.
